HOT SWEAT

Hot Sweat™ is designed with a traditional pilates method at the foundation in order to focus primarily on targeting and stimulating the deepest parts of your core. You can expect a low impact sequence of intentional activations and series of movements to help you connect with each muscle group. Although this is a low intensity, low impact structured class, you can expect to shake, sweat and see results with a scientific approach to progress. 

hot strength

Hot Strength™ is designed for muscle-building and metabolism-boosting. You can expect each of your muscle groups to be primed with mind-muscle connection movements and be challenged to use a heavier load of resistance to stimulate each muscle group resulting in a leaner body composition, better metabolic health and strength for longevity. 

hot sculpt

Hot Sculpt™ is designed to increase your heart rate through low-impact movement. You can expect your cardiovascular system to feel the heat with faster paced movement and interval training. This method includes a time-under-tension approach to challenge your endurance and stimulate your muscles while keeping your joints safe. 

hot stretch

Hot Stretch™ is designed to help regulate your nervous system and improve mobility, detox the body and expedite recovery. You can expect a gentle, guided sequence that integrates breath and movement.
